Utah/US Stem Cell Practitioner Certification
Enabling Safe Stem Cell Therapy through Education and Hands on Training
My name is Kyle Cetrulo, and I am the Founder and President of the International Perinatal Stem Cell Society, Inc. (Perinatal Society), a non-profit (501(c)(3) organization founded in 2013. Our mission is to enable safe and affordable access to stem cell and tissue treatments derived from perinatal sources, which we believe hold enormous, untapped potential to treat numerous diseases and disorders.
Recently, the Governor of Utah signed a bill legalizing the administration of non-FDA approved stem cell treatments. While this presents an exciting opportunity, it also poses significant risks, as patients could be injured due to a lack of oversight. The Perinatal Stem Cell Society is uniquely positioned to help ensure patient safety and bring effective therapeutic stem cell products to patients in Utah.
Our ultimate goal is to make these life-changing and life-saving therapies accessible to millions of patients in need, with the hope and dream that insurance companies will eventually cover the costs of Phase II and Phase III treatments done in the US.
Create a system to train practitioners on proper injection techniques and stem cell treatment procedures through hands-on training and educational materials, drawing from our extensive library of over 85 scientific lectures.
Require that all certified practitioners work with stem cell products that have demonstrated safety through Phase I clinical trials, similar to the Japanese regulatory framework.
Collect data on each treatment case to generate a dataset demonstrating safety and tracking any adverse events, essentially conducting treatments in a manner similar to a Phase II clinical trial.
It is with great excitement that I announce the launch of Part 1 of the Perinatal Stem Cell Society Stem Cell Certification Program. As a 501(C)3 non-profit organization established in 2013, our mission has been to share information about the immense therapeutic potential of perinatal stem cell and tissue products. Over the past decade, we have hosted three international congresses in Salt Lake City, contributing to the ever-growing Utah stem cell ecosystem.
As the editor of three editions of perinatal stem cell textbooks and the organizer of 10 international congresses focused on perinatal stem cells and tissue products, I am honored to bring you this online educational program. Upon completion, you will be awarded a Perinatal Stem Cell Society Certificate of Excellence, recognizing your dedication to expanding your knowledge in this cutting-edge field.
Furthermore, by completing Part 1 of the certification program, you will become eligible to participate in our Part 2 hands-on training program. This unique opportunity will allow you to gain practical experience and further develop your skills in working with perinatal stem cells and tissue products. In addition, as a participant in our certification program, you will receive discounts to any future conferences that we are currently organizing.
We are committed to creating the safest possible environment for patients to receive the world's best perinatal stem cell and tissue therapies. Starting in Utah and eventually spreading to the entire country, we aim to revolutionize the way these therapies are delivered and improve patient outcomes on a national scale.
Thank you for entrusting your education to the International Perinatal Stem Cell Society. Together, we can advance the field of perinatal stem cell research and therapy, ultimately benefiting countless patients in need.
Kindly,
Kyle Cetrulo
